Those here in Hooterville (aka Hendersonville) who oppose free public housing — on the assumption that it would cost too much — need to understand that, during his first months in his second term in office, President (Donald J.) Trump issued executive orders requiring  communities to round up and arrest their homeless — and to forcibly warehouse them in drug and alcohol treatment centers, and in state mental hospitals, and in huge warehouses on the side of town.

All of this will cost our community more money than if we would place our local homeless in free public housing... before Trump’s executive order goes into effect.

Then, when Trump’s executive order goes into effect, it won’t apply to us, since our community’s former homeless will be secured away in free public housing.

And our community will save money.

In a nutshell, placing the homeless into free public housing is less expensive to communities than placing the community homeless in drug and alcohol facilities, and in state mental hospitals and in huge warehouse detention facilities and on the edge of town.

I liked the (recent) letters to the editor critical of my (recent) letter, urging free public housing for Hendersonville.

They were thoughtful and well-reasoned and written by obviously intelligent men with the wisdom of years.

But they were, nevertheless, wrong because Trump has changed reality, and has created a new Trumpian Reality that invalidates your opinion on free public housing — and that substantiates mine... for, at least, as long as Trump is in power.

Worldview matters; steer clear of those espousing there is no god

About a third of the way through his piece, (syndicated columnist and political progressive Ted) Rall wrote this (in the Daily Planet):

“Where team politics is/was about identifying with a group of people who think and act and maybe even dress like you, politics as religion is a phenomenon observed in societies governed by extreme ideologies of the far left, like Soviet and Chinese communism, and the far right, like fascist Italy and Nazi Germany.”

Unwittingly, Rall backed into an essential Truth: Religion defines Worldview, and Worldview shapes Politics. 

The dichotomy we most easily perceive in the body politic is the disparate perspective on whether there is a God and, if there is a God, which God is it?

The worldview that espouses that there is no God by default becomes “god.” Very dangerous for any human being to self-assign deific status.

The worldview that acknowledges God (think biblically here) understands that individual accountability is a thing. They are no better than those of the previously described worldview, but they grasp the hierarchy of Authority and it does temper the rebellion built into the human heart.

Worldview matters.

very small yet lavishly funded minority of un-American, anti-free speech, Jewish supremacist censors are insistently demanding that all printed and/or online publications in America, and all Americans generally (anti-Netanyahu Jews included) be silenced and legally prevented from publicly expressing our honest disagreements with monopolistic, deceitful, pro-Israel propaganda outlets barely passing as “news” organizations these days, like Rupert Murdoch’s FOX News for instance.

As a patriotic, partially Palestinian Arab-American person raised as a Protestant Christian, I will NEVER bow and scrape before “Israel Firsters,” no matter how whiny and annoying they are with their ridiculous, threatening behavior.  

I will do what I must to help end this insane, demonic war for oil and for genocidal Orthodox Judaism.

We all know financial interests are, of course, primary to newspapers and magazines out of necessity, especially at a time like this, when American printed publications have become an endangered literary species.  

Telling the truth about diabolical Israel and genocidal Zionism and the real reason for perverted traitor Donald Trump’s illegal war on Iran can get an honest American publication put out of business, because intensely bigoted, filthy rich fascist “Israel Firsters” demand unwavering support for Israel’s never ending illegal wars — or else!

But whatever you do, don’t dare discuss why Jewish Supremacist billionaire Zionist child rapist, Jeffrey Epstein, and his adult girlfriend/groomer Ghislane Maxwell (daughter of the infamous Mossad agent Robert Maxwell who also committed espionage against the United States) received so much financial help from the Israeli government and its monstrous Mossad intelligence agency in human history’s now most infamous sexual blackmail operation that succeeded in almost starting World War III.

And now evil Israel finally owns America for real. Or at least Netanyahu sure acts like he does!  

Expect Donald Trump to pardon his friend Ghislane soon. 

Furthermore, according to these sick-in-the-head, censorious shysters, any questions whatsoever from angry, fleeced American taxpayers to the genocidal government of Israel — or its paid off American politicians — are deemed to be entirely unacceptable and/or antisemitic by Zionist oligarchs who control American TV in 2026.

Don’t ever dare to ask Israel or their lying American politicians why financially struggling, working class Americans are being forced against their will to pay the cost of Israel’s ongoing war crimes in Palestine, Lebanon, and Iran, possibly next in Turkey (a NATO ally), and who knows where else?  

The Israeli Mossad were the real owners of “Epstein Island,” which is an obvious, internationally recognized fact that is currently being completely censored in cowardly American corporate media news.

Therefore, Israel will continue to command their blackmailed servant (expletive deleted) President Trump the Chump to do that indicted war criminal Benjamin Netanyahu’s demonic bidding in the Middle East once again for the unholy cause of stealing as much land as possible for “Greater Israel.”

Best gerrymander response: use enlightened self-interest as guide

So much of our political speculation is driven by scenarios based on partisan gerrymandering. 

That’s as understandable as it is lamentable. 

But there’s still a viable response to heavy-handed attempts at intimidation regardless of red-lined demographics. 

The best way to counter such gerrymandering is via an objectively informed electorate— regardless of its demographics — that votes in its own ENLIGHTENED SELF-INTEREST. 

Do your homework; do your duty.
