Letters to the editor: Doctor with a potential COVID-19 cure censored
Tuesday, 02 June 2020 12:25

Dr. David Brownstein runs a clinic in Michigan where he has been treating viruses in the corona family for over 20 years.

This year he has had more than 85 patients with COVID-19 and all of them have recovered.

With a success rate like that you would think that the FDA, CDC and WHO should be banging down his doors to learn his protocols.

Unfortunately his blog is now being censored by the FTC. In doing so they are blocking vital health information about the proper treatment of coronavirus from getting to you and your loved ones.

I consider this action by the FTC to be undemocratic.

Spread the word far and wide that this has been done to him. Let the word go forth that COVID-19 has a cure. This is the notification that came up on his site today (May 23):

“To My Loyal Readers  —  I want to let you know that we have been ordered by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to stop making any statements about our treatment protocols of Vitamins A, C & D, ‘as well as nutritional IV’s, iodine, ozone and nebulization to support’ the immune system with respect to Coronavirus”

Conservatives/Republicans eager to ride 'gravy train'

A piece of research has been presented by the “Data For Progress and the Justice Collaborative Institute” which shows that over 50 percent of Republican voters are in favor of a bill proposed by Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib (a member of AOC’s “The Squad”)  which would give every American a monthly “Universal Basic Income” check of $2,000.00 while the pandemic is ongoing.

Then, it would provide every American with a monthly “Universal Basic Income” check of $1,000.00 for an additional year.

For over 40 years, I have had to listen to conservatives and Republicans rant and drone on and on about incompetent and wasteful that the federal government is.

I have had to listen to their drivel anpreaching about how we should never add to the national debt and the federal budget deficit and why we should cut and reduce spending on Social Security to demonstrate that we have “fiscal responsibility.”

And now, all of a sudden, they want to ride the big, bad federal government “gravy-train.” I thought you all believed in “limited government?”

So now, after listening to your right-wing Social Darwinist ideology and propoganda for 40 years, I finally find out that you not only are a bunch of HYPOCRITES and POSERS, but that you have turned into “Crazy Socialists and Communists.”

Americans ripped for not acting like nation under God

Most Americans say they believe the COVID-19 pandemic is punishment from God because we are supposed to be a nation under God, who blessed this great nation.

However, we don’t act like we are a nation under God anymore.

We act like we have forgotten God!

These same Americans additionally say God wants us to renounce our sins and to repent and reform and to make our paths straight.

But Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk doesn’t believe that for a moment.

Do you recall the 2003 physics theory called the “Simulation Hypothesis,” put forth by Oxford philosopher Nick Bostrom that hypothisizes that we are living in a giant universe-size computer simulation, rather than the real world?

Well, Elon Musk is convinced that the human consciousness or mind has been digitized and uploaded into a computer and downloaded into a computer simulation by our simulators?

And Musk is convinced that the coronavirus pandemic is part of the simulation.

That is part of the programming.

People say that it feels like the coronavirus pandemic came out of nowhere.

Well, that’s how it would feel to those inside the computer simulation, when the coronavirus pandemic was downloaded into the simulation.

It would feel as if it came out of thin air.

Musk doesn’t necessarily think that the purpose of the coronavirus pandemic is to build our character. Musk believes that the coronavirus pandemic is purely for the entertainment of our simulators, the way that the coronavirus pandemic, if it was in a video game would be for the entertainment of the gamers who would smirk and giggle, watching us complain, “Where’s my stimulation check?”

And, “I hate this bleepin’ stay-at-home order! I feel like I’m friggin’ grounded!”

And, “What do you mean they’ve stopped friggin’ making Corona beer?”

Whether it’s God or simulators who want us to repent and reform and to make our paths stright, I know not.

But I sense that one or the other does!

And I sense that the coronavirus pandemic is being wielded as a rod of reproof and correction. The coronavirus pandemic is being used to purifty us.

With so much of the economy shut down, we lack access to so many of our sinful pleasures!

Jazz-pop singer Peggy King has ‘FORTITUDE’

In mid-April, jazz-pop singer Peggy King, who resides in an assisted living community in Pennsylvania, tested positive for Covid-19.

After her 14-day quarantine, she was declared virus-free and she’s back singing her heart out and entertaining in local venues.

As a friend of Peggy (she sang with some of the most popular big bands, appeared on the Mel Torme TV show as featured vocalist, toured with Bob Hope and Debbie Reynolds during the Korean war and appeared in films, “Abbott & Costello Meet The Mummy,” “Zero Hour!” with Dana Andrews and Linda Darnell, and “The Bad and the Beautiful” with Kirk Douglas), I’m amazed at her “comeback” as a result of her unwavering determination to beat this scourge.

If you look up the word “fortitude,” it says, “Courage in pain and adversity.”

Used in a sentence: She endured her pain and illness with great fortitude.

EXACTLY!

Welcome back, Peggy (it’s as if she never left)! Oh, did I mention she’s 90 years young??
