Monday Night Live! to start July 20 with 28 Pages band

HENDERSONVILLE — The city’s free Monday Night Live! sumner concert series, beginning late because of the COVID-19 pandemic, will be held 7-9 p.m. July 20 and Aug. 3, 17 and 31 outside the Visitor Center at 201 S. Main St. in downtown Hendersonville.

For public safety, dancing will not be allowed.

Attendeees will “experience an array of talented music artists on a pleasant summer night at the Monday Night Live! concert series,” an event promotion stated. “The concert series features a diverse line-up of folk, country and blues.” Attendees are urged to bring lawnchairs. No pets, alcoholic beverages, backpacks/tote bags or coolers are allowed.

“In case of inclement weather, the dance will be postponed until 8 p.m.; if the weather does not cooperate by 8 p.m., the performance will be canceled,” the event promotion stated.

The Monday Night Live! 2020 four-concert schedule is as follows:

• July 20 — 28 Pages (rock band)

• Aug 3: Mojo Brothers Blues Band

• Aug. 17: Daniel Sage (classic rock)

•Aug. 31: Picante (Latin rhythms band)
